Maxwell is a human that vowed vengeance against the Dragon that slaughtered her village. 
      Crying upon the heavens for someone to answer her plea, A Dragon with platinum scales appeared. 
      It's size as if it can swallow the world whole, It talked to her with a bellowing voice. 
      
      "I am Bahamut, Speak your mind mortal." 
      
      Maxwell grins and speaks. 
      
      "Grant me the power to kill the Dragons!" 
      
      The Dragon slowly lowers its head, as if contemplating.
      It then raised it's head with a nod. 
      
      "Thy wish will be granted, but so will mine." 
      
      Slowly, Maxwell felt a change. It's as if her skin was being pierced by a thousand blades, she twitches and writhes in pain. She then felt as if something had attached to her skin, constantly poking at her nerves. 
      
      The figure then disappeared, and the moon had already risen. She wondered how long she had been there, but as she looks at the moon. She see's something light up the ground, then she looks at herself. Scales with a sheen of platinum cover her skin.

     This is also a somewhat long-term story i have in mind, i intend to have this become a long-term project of mine. Given i'm just a teen who doesn't have that much time all the time this may on-and-off so hopefully people who keeps on reading this (Which i doubt cause teenage angst, yay) will stay for the ride.

The Dragon God then asked James to search for the other dragon's chosen slayers and keep watch over them as a final request. Little did James know that he would cease to age after that and he can never die of old age or from a serious injury. Later on, he met the first founding members of Fairy Tail, he and Mavis fell in love, but that love was not meant to last as she was then in a state of half death and was sealed inside a lacrima. Ridden with guilt, James left and his guild mark faded with age as time moved on. Now, join James as he enters a new era in the year 784.
