Adey and Joel Jacobsen are brother and sister. A few years ago, when the Particle Accelerator exploded, they gained super powers and became meta-humans, of course, they were stealthy and learned how to control their powers quickly, without getting caught.
Now, the duo wants to work with Team Flash to help save Central City from the crime that lurks within.
