When a student claims to have come in contact with them, his high school gets contaminated after the police figure out he is infected with an odd form of a virus similar to cancer. No one knows if it has anything to do with the poor family, but all they know is the deadly virus infected the school, and it can't get out to the public. Complete chaos breaks out in the school and John, along with his friends, must learn how to survive until they can get out.
