Anna Collins moves back to Virginia after spending 7 months in Washington state with family. But when she returns, she returns to the place where her sister died and where so many secrets lay buried. It's been easy for her to keep them buried but when Dominic McAlister, a boy who transferred from Colorado while she was in Washington, befriends her it's not so easy to keep those secrets buried. Especially when Dominic lives in her old house and the guy who she fears the most is out on the loose. She has to find a way to cope with the loss of her sister, the man she fears the most, and try to make it out alive.
