It's been years since I've written fiction, so during this year,  I decided to tackle Nanowrimo. Please be advised. This is UNEDITED work. I know that it's mostly crap, but my attitude is that you've got to dig thru a lot of crap to find my little pony. If you have any suggestions, great - please share. If there's ANY nuggets of value, please, please DON'T KEEP IT A SECRET! And most of all, if you find a pony in here somewhere - for God's sake let's get the little fella outta there!

This is my attempt at an Amazon type description to try & entice you to read past the fact that I haven't even taken the time to make a cheapo Canva made cover..

So getting laid when the world's coming to an end should be one of the easiest things to do, right? Not when you're a 23 year old nerd who's only previous contact with females has been your overbearing mother.

Still, when you save the hot girl who's never noticed you before from the zombie horde, it's easy from there, right? Right?! Wrong!

Ghost aren't real. And chics this cute don't tell you they are. It's the reassurance I told myself, which mostly didn't work cause it was a straight up lie. This book doesn't have effervescent, long haired fairy's or stoic vampires that smolder and fight. More like a judgmental grumpy teen weed dealer named Zach, who shamefully talks about himself in third person like this. And you won't find some grand quest up a mountain or into an unknown land rich with magic because I have asthma and no time for that shit. And lastly, there will be absolutely no hideous romance where instantly the girl of my dreams sweeps me off my feet. I get on her nerves far to much for that. Finding out I'm part of ancient group of mediums tasked with cataloging, fighting and cleansing ghost you would think has some upsides. But so far all that comes with it is cold chilled air that gives me the sniffles when they're around. I'd like to say by the end of this book I'll have conquered the monster and won over the girl, but as you read you'll learn that's far to much faith in a screwup like me. This book won't be for everyone, hell people die in it. But the good news is that if I die at least I'll be around, floating off of the pages to haunt you in your home. Actually that sounds like bad news so perhaps try and finish so you know if you have a ghost . *This story contains themes of suicide, sexual content, drug use and mature language. 🎶Look up the Bury A Friend playlist on spotify to play the songs at every number.🎶

Born and bred in the depths of Edom, a dimension of hell, his father granted him a job - to kill the Ordinary Dead. It just so happens that his first assignment is Ciara Hunter, a beautiful girl Kyran could not dare to assassinate. What happens when a reaper finds they cannot summon the ability to kill? ----- I feel like writing this terrible novel was the low point in my life. Read if you must. Over the Wall: A Collection of Short Stories (NaNoWriMo 2014) di emmernemmer

This year for NaNoWriMo, I am writing a short story anthology. It will feature thirty or so short stories (my hope is to write one per day to fulfill my 1,667 per day word requirement) about varying things. Each morning, I will randomly select a number between one and thirty and I will look at the corresponding list of first lines I will have. I will take that line and write a short story using it and then the next day I will do the process over again (some stories might relate to each other, some might not). Anyway I will edit the story for that day and post it here. It may not be posted exactly on the corresponding day, but in the end there will be thirty short stories. P.S. Although these are somewhat edited they are still rough drafts so please treat them as such.

A few of her classmates also happen to represent the gods and goddesses from popular Greek myths, and the fact that all of them are present means that something monumental is about to happen.
