Kennedy Hale is on a mission: write a thesis for her PhD in statistics that disproves psychic predictions. Her first research subject, handsome tarot card reader Charlie Weston, makes her question her black-and-white view of the world. When the two start dating, will Kennedy stop thinking and start feeling, or will Charlie turn out to be the con-man she initially suspected him to be?

This is the first draft of my NaNoWriMo 2015 project. It needs a bit of polishing up, but the story is complete!

32 parts Ongoing Mature

Kalila thought she could stay invisible at Eldonbury University, just another face in the crowd. Haunted by her past, she craved the shadows, far from the spotlight. But in a world full of bright, sparkly people, can someone truly hide forever? No she couldn't, she was assigned on a social experiment project for her psychology class. The experiment took an unexpected turn when participants turned it into a matchmaking project. Many students eagerly submitted their phone numbers, but there was one phone number that would soon make her college life much more interesting. It was Carcel Evandor Dawson's number. He was one of the elite students at the university, well-known and highly sought after by many. When word spread that he was participating, the campus went crazy, and chaos ensued as students clamored to join the experiment. Overwhelmed by the craze, Kalila decided to text her project partner to stop the experiment. The only problem is that her text didn't reach her partner but was sent to Carcel. Is it an accident or fate? That's for you to find out.
