When Daniel moves to a new school, and back to his home country, he discovers that there is more to his life than he thought, or ever imagined.

When he uncovers a family secret, he cannot view the world the same way he has his whole life.

To mention, his whole life has been a lie.
Daniel is willing to do everything it takes to find out the truth.

No matter what gets in his way.

---

The pouring rain soaks my clothes as I leave my apartment. I didn't plan on moving back to my hometown, but I guess life takes us anywhere.

The strange events of my first week back with my family weighs heavy in my mind, and the only way to forget is to run it away.

Run the feelings away.
Run the pain away.

All I have to do, is go up the hill, through the mud, and a mile left.

That would bring me some peace of mind.
