But Why Can't We Be Friends?

This story is about a young Jewish boy named Chazaq who meets a young Muslim boy named Aafa. They create an illegal friendship, and when Israel is deep at war, they get separated, and almost killed because of that same friendship. This is a story reflecting the lives of many brave people in Israel, who have dared to go against the rules, and at the same time, reflecting what happens to normal families in Israel. Not every person is a police officer or a fighter, and many people live normal lives.
