Wes and Millie were the best of friends. They did everything together, and Wes had just begun to notice some strange occurrences having to do with Millie--until she vanished without a trace.
Wes does his best to cope with the loss of his best friend, who is presumed to be dead. But four years after the day she disappeared, Millie mysteriously reappears on Wes's doorstep, begging for help. She claims to be on the run, with other teens of her kind, from the strange "26". And Wes is unwillingly dragged right into it.
Millie and the other teens are ready to overthrow the people that messed up their lives. And weirdly enough, it seems that Wes is like them, too. He soon discovers that he is tied to the mystery of 26 in more ways than Millie, and is more prepared than ever to take on the opponent. He'll need every bit of strength he's got. He'll also need his premonition.

No. 1 in car! Amelia Banks isn't your typical girl, knowing all there's is to know about cars, racing and mechanics can make someone an outcast. Despite all of that she loves to dance, which makes her mum happy in the fact that her daughter isn't a complete boy at heart. Amelia's two best friends have personality in bucket loads, so why is her and her friends existence ignored in school? Her next door neighbour Ollie Turner couldn't be anymore different, he has the hearts of every girl in school apart from Amelia and her friends. So what happens when Ollie finally notices her and they get put in the same mechanical engineering class together? Throw in illegal racing, lots of trouble, road trips and love? Could it be a total disaster or a miracle? --------------------------- "What?" I ask him. "why are you here?" He questions. "I'm I'm this class, this is my other class I was telling you about on Saturday, oh do you remember Saturday? When we hung out and spoke all night, oh I guess not, since we're not friends" I spat at him. A flash of hurt appears in his eyes. "Look I'm sorry, the boys wanted to speak to you guys today but I thought you'd be better off without us" what did he mean? That made no sense. "Save it, you knew we'd ruin your reputation since we're outcasts and you're popular and all" he raked a hand through his hair at my statement. "Look, it was scary how fast we got along, it took me months to befriend the lads and with you... and the girls, it was so easy, I won't lie though I wasn't sure how people would react if we hung out but then I realise none of them people mean anything to me, they're nobodies" ***FOLLOW ME FOR RESTRICTED CHAPTERS***

"He seemed like a puzzle to me, and I really liked solving puzzles. But somehow, I don't think that I would ever be able to solve this one." Amelia Heart, with her large smile and her infectious laugh, is what most people would think has the perfect life. They would watch as she went back to her beach house, as she went out of her way to stop and chat to her neighbours, as she would get the perfect grades. She was everything you wanted to be, and yet nobody had gotten close enough to her to understand her life in this small town at all. When her plans of leaving suddenly change, and she is forced to start attending the local school, her life takes a route that she hadn't accounted for. A new group of friends, a chance at a normal teenage life, even a potential love interest - things that Amelia had never even thought about happening after everything she'd been through. But happiness is only temporary in her life, and she knew that. It wasn't surprising to her when her past began to catch up with her present, it was simply a good thing that it had taken as long as it had. Things start happening in Amelia's life that simply don't make sense, even to her. They do say you should always keep an eye over your shoulder, especially when you know you're being hunted, but for Amelia, even an eye in every direction wouldn't be enough. Time begins counting down, fast. Did she want to involve her friends? Could the new people in her life be trusted? She wouldn't have long to make a decision. Not before her world comes blazing down, the final battle on the horizon. Tick, tock, Amelia. You don't want to be late to the party when you're the guest of honour. COMPLETED 06/11/20
