Fin. recounts the story of Jean Baudin; a young French man, inheritor to a not-so-popular coffee shop, who must learn to survive in a post-apocalyptic society where not only are people made to become uniform citizens lacking individual identity but must also face the ever-present fear of death in the aftermath of the world genocide. He must learn to ignore the nagging sense of self-awareness as dictated by Law but ignoring his conscience will leave him with the blood of innocents on his hands.

18 November, 2024 The 10K Nanowrimo i wish I woulda submitted when I was 14. Told in 4 parts, this is an unedited, first draft literary story bordering on poetic style prose. There are elements of psychological, general, teen, and horror. This isn't a cautionary tale, it's just a tale. Some that one can relate to. It's hard to trust people, especially the ones who make you feel really good really fast. But you must have discernment in this life or there'll be consequences. M is your Northern California bred protagonist who has a plethora of friends sandwiched in her daily routine. She's just like you, she works, she drinks after work, she goes home.
