Mark couldn't remember almost anything about his previous life...just that his name is Mark, he is 16, his birthday is on the 23rd of August and the phrase "I will lead on" being repeated 3 times. He didn't even know his family, friends...not even his last name!

Mark awakes in the Survival District, a forest like area, surrounded by huge metal walls, making a giant circle, preventing them from leaving. No way out. There are other boys and girls there too...they claim they've been here for 2 years. Every month, a new person arrives and every week new supplies come in, through a capsule that appears in their lake. 






But when things start changing, Mark realises it's his time to shine and lead the people out of the Survival District...

Down beyond an empty field, in an underground bunker, there lives two teenage boys who have spent most of their lives together. Who have spent most of their lives locked up and trapped. And the older they get, the more determined and impatient they grow to escape. With multiple plans failing over the years, their hope slowly begins to diminish, as they almost grow to call their captivity their home. However, finally when one of their escape plans succeeds, only one is able to get away, as he runs towards the safety of his old town. Returning back to a family and city who thought he was long gone, they try to get him back to his old life, and settle him in again. Although the longer he stays in the town, the more he thinks about his "brother" he left behind in the bunker, as he is willing to risk his life one more time, in order to save him as well. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

He won't leave Alex alone, no matter how much she tries. She was able to escape the Center, but Deraci won't give up on her. He keeps sending soldiers after her and she continues to run and hide. That is until he sends Dylan. Dylan is able to locate Alex and gets her to return. Now that she's back, Deraci has set out to ruin everything and everyone she cares about. Alex tries to ignore Deraci, but somethings are just too hard to do alone. Then Alex is to be sent on a solo mission, but Dylan says it's too risky and convinces them to allow him to go with her. Will they survive this mission that could very easily kill one of them or both?
