Ever since i had the right mind, i knew that life wasn't easy. We have to work hard to get what we truly want. Especially when you dont have the money to pursue it. Im Allison Blakes, a 25 year old woman living in an apartment with my younger brother. I've been like his mother since i was three years older than him, but that's fine by me.
My life was already okay. I had a stable job, a good brother, and kind co-workers. But when i thought my life was going to stay that way, it took a sudden turn when i met a little kid named Clinton. And it seemed that because of our meet up, my life changed.
Then comes to the picture, Drake Castello, Clinton's uncle that had been the main reason of another crazy journey in my life. And right now, it seemed that someone was going to be there beside me through it all. Only, i wasn't sure if the journey was either for the greater good or not.

My life was supposed to be normal. You're born, raised by good parents, go to school, make friends, graduate, get a job. You create fun memories, find the love of your life, get married, start a family, grow old, and eventually, you breathe your last. That's what life was supposed to be like for me. And one thing was for sure: whenever someone gained powers, they had to give something up in return. It was never a choice. It was just the way it was. So, now that I've explained a bit about how this all started, let's fast forward to the present. It's now 2033. Mr. Knight has found 19 children, and Mr. Douglas, the leader of the other group, has found 10. That means... the 30th child is out there somewhere. Who will it be? And one more thing before I go-welcome to the world of Dark Light.

Completed!! -- I could hear him running behind me. "HELP!" I started to scream the words repeatedly. I felt like I was the stupid, helpless girl in a horror film. I ran right into a fence and fell down. I got back up and turned around. Blake was right there. He pinned me up against the wood. "You are so stupid!" He chuckled. Sometimes, only sometimes when she was drunk or whatever with her stupid boyfriend did she punish Angel. That was once every blue moon. She was convinced me and Damien had Satan in us. I didn't ask to be born into this world, none of us did but we make the best of it. I'm a twenty-five year old single man. Why you may ask? Because I've seen what love can do to a person.
