Reina is a girl born and raised in the slums. At the age of sixteen she is the second hand woman of one of the most powerful men of the middle class. One day she goes to a dragon hatching and her life is changed forever. Draco, the new king dragon, has chosen Reina has his rider. This signifies that Reina is to become the top ruler. By law the black dragons rider is the King/ Queen and the white dragon's rider is the the Queen/King but has not has much say in the government.
