Lost in my thoughts, I somehow find myself by the lake. I sigh and sit next to the water, staring down at it and watching little fish swim near the edge. A stick snaps a few feet away from me in the woods and I quickly look up. My breath catches in my throat when I see a giant brown wolf stalking toward me, it's lips pulled back into a snarl. A loud growl resonates through its chest and I scoot back, my heart beating wildly. Fear consumes me as the wolf walks closer, only a couple feet away from me.

There was a howling in the distance. I ran for my life. Why is the happening to me. I stopped. Right in front of me was a big black wolf with a white patch of fur on its chest. It's golden brown eyes stared at me peacefully then began to growl. I turned and saw the one chasing me. It was all brown. It was smaller then the black one. The black be jumped over me and fought with the other. I took my chance and ran. When I was almost out of the woods one of them jumped on top of me and I turned around to see the brown one on me. the black one then jumped on it ad they rolled away. I got out f the woods with some scrapes and bruises. I looked back at the woods and saw the golden eyes stare back a me. Then I woke up.Complete

London was from a pack that was killed by an enemy pack. She was only seventeen when it happened. She was the only one to escape except for a small boy named Aaron. London rescues Aaron and runs from the scene of the corpses of her pack. She lives peacefully with Aaron as rogues before she stumbles into another pack's territory. Both London and Aaron are taken to the alpha of the pack. But once London and Alpha Mason meet, they realize they have found their mate. But it will be difficult to care for Aaron who is not Alpha Mason's blood. Can London be a good Luna? SNEAK PEAK "Don't you touch my pup." I snarled. "Your pup? I don't think so." The alpha chuckled. I growled and faced this alpha. Once I saw his face, I lost my breath and my words. I heard pounding footsteps behind me but I couldn't tear my eyes away. A hand wrapped around my chin and head, about to snap my neck but the alpha roared. The man who had my head stopped. "Take your hands off her. Now." He growled, making his way toward me. Verge of Insanity
My dream continued the one I'd been having for the past couple of nights. I ran, gasping for breath, through the familiar woods from a dark figure behind me. The faster I tried to run, the slower I seemed to go, until it was like I was running in place. I knew I needed to run. I was terrified of what the figure would do when he caught me. "Mara Leigh," a deep, smooth voice called. It was almost hypnotic. That was new. The figure had never spoke before now. I ran as fast as I could go, eyes searching the forest floor for a big stick or something that I could use to defend myself. "Mara Leigh!" the voice came again, this time more insistent. The forest slowly started to fade and I started to awake to someone shaking my shoulders. "Beau?" I mumbled, turning my head to the side. What's Beau doing in my room this time of night? Why is he shaking me? "Do not call me that name." My eyes flew open as I jumped at the voice from my dream. A face was right in front of mine, and just like the voice, it wasn't Beau. Before I could form a scream, a hand covered my mouth. I tried to bite it but I couldn't get my mouth to open. He's too strong. I started to use my whole body to try to get away, but he crawled on top of me, holding me down. I pulled the hidden knife out from under my pillow and slashed as hard as I could at him, but he just grabbed my wrist and squeezed it until the pain made me drop the knife. Then he grabbed both my hands in one of his and held them over my head. He held me down while I struggled. I grunted and moved and tried to kick and scream, but I only wore myself out. Exhausted, I stopped thrashing and let the tears flow freely down my cheeks. I didn't know what to do, so I just tried to prepare myself for whatever was coming.Complete

The Dark Clay pack has a tradition. Once a year all the 18 year olds trek to the boarder of the Black Water pack. A very powerful pack and their closest neighbor. A simple task cross the border and make it back touching a tree the goal. Its silly. Pointless to an onlooker but to the young adults who partake it is a thrill, a right of passage. Have you ever walked outside at night? When it's so dark and you can't see a thing at first? I often do that and I'm never afraid. Because I know that after a while my eyes will adjust to the dark and I will be able to make things stand out. I'm always safe. I always know where I am. But not today, it was so dark, all I could see was a suffocating darkness around me. Aria my wolf huffed in annoyance when even she couldn't see a thing or couldn't pick up a scent around us. Start: 11 May 2018 Finish: 6 December 2018 I see the drop of the cliff in the corner of my eye. I take an unsteady step backwards. "There is no running from here."
