One day when Laura is walking home from the High school bus stop, she notices something in the corner of her eye. A black truck with tinted windows just sitting on the corner with the head lights and engine running. She turns back around and starts to walk toward her house as the truck engine gets louder. Whether it was paranoia or not she couldn't tell. She doesn't turn around until she gets home then looks back and see's her fellow classmates walking to their houses like nothing is happening. I decided to walk over to my best friend's house, and once I got closer her driveway, I could see the door was left ajar. Rita probably left it open for me, I thought, while shaking my head disapprovingly.
