Twisted Love

This is my first book or writing I've ever done. Hope y'all enjoy it as much as I enjoy writing it!! I'm still working on this steadily and cant wait to see what develops next. I have a couple chapters made already, I will post more soon!

Prologue:
I need to run faster.
Not caring about my throbbing head, I continued to move my feet along the snow covered ground.
I can’t see, too much sweat is falling in my eyes? Wiping the sweat off my face, I looked at my hand to see that it was blood, not sweat that was getting in my eyes.
Not paying attention I had tripped over the root of a tree, and fell down the side of a steep hill. My body felt as if it was being thrown inside a washer machine stuffed with ice. With a thud, my body slammed up against a tree.
Ugh, this sucks. My body feels as if I’ve been hit by a train. It’s cold too. I need to get up and start running again. I’ll die if I stay out in this cold. Sitting up, I felt intense pain shoot through my arm as it gave away from under me. Well shit, I think my arm completely shattered.
Chuckling under my breath, I can’t believe this. Looking up at the sky through my fogy breath, I saw the winter starry sky.
Well guess this is it then. I won’t last the night in this intense cold. My feet and hands have already become numb. Dying here though, is not so bad. It’s kind of peaceful out here. As long as I never have to ever return to that hellish place.
With that I closed my eyes, ready to just finally give up on surviving.
