There's no such thing as normal. Caiden's learned that at this point. His only friend can do magic and werewolves are real. He's still wrapping his head around the idea of magic when he's attacked on a full moon.
Things keep going south when he's confronted by members of the local werewolf pack. They know he's been bitten, that he's changing, and Kale, the beta to the soon to be alpha, is less than happy about it. Kale's never wanted a mate, swore he'd never have one, which is why he has to get rid of Caiden. He wants him gone and he's not above using his power in the pack to do it.
Not even Caiden's friend, Matt, can help with the problems that ensue. Asking him for help would mean telling him the truth of what he's become. It's not something he can risk, not when he learns the real reason his friend moved to town.
A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers.

It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life.
