All stories follow the same pattern, boy meets girl, he falls in love, he gets the girl. Boy tries out for sports team, he gets on the team, and he wins a championship game. The Happy Ending, it's all so cliché.
Daniel Roberts' story, however is completely opposite. Nothing seems to go right for him, and it's so NOT cliché.
