In which Stiles goes against everything in his head to love a force of nature, to love a girl with broken branches for bones and oceans for eyes that he just wants to drown in, the way he suffocates in her skin that is soaked with rainwater and speckled with autumn leaves for freckles and damn, he really loves her.
In which Lydia learns that human nature does not compare to what is inhuman- the way he breathes against her cheek, tucks her strawberry curls behind her ear to make way for kisses on her jaw, the way that sparks explode beneath his fingertips as they wander through her soul and find constellations of secrets and stories that she had never even seen before.
A collection of disconnected worlds and universes in which a Stiles and a Lydia could've existed.
