Amber Nygma, 17 years old. Younger sister of 28 Edward Nygma. Ed works for the GCPD along with detectives Harvey Bullock and Jim Gordon. After the passing of Ambers parents back when she was only 7, left her alone with her dark thoughts hidden in the back of her mind.
Jerome Valeska is an 18 year old circus kid with a drunk nagging whore for a mother. One day he meets Amber and they become close. Amber has no trouble with helping Jerome rid him of his problems. When Amber sees the boy again no one can know she was involved, but unfortunately the truth is revealed.
Much like Ed, Amber needs a trigger to get the darkness out of hiding. Her and Jerome make a beautifully twisted couple that Gotham will never forget.
