Allura, a mermaid living in the enchanted oceans of Ninjago, wants to become a human to be reunited with the boy that she met long ago, was given permission by her mom to go there. However, Serene, her older sister and a sea witch, gets angry at her, and plots her revenge to make her turn into sea foam so she can never see the ninja again.
