What would life be like outside the protective walls of The Ark, where they have been sealed away for over 100 years.
What would life be like when every second of everyday is occupied by the fear of the biters turning you into one of them.
Addison has wondered her whole 18 years of life what it would be like to be on the outside... till her whole world is tossed upside down. When the sanctuary they call home is overrun by the dead, she is thrown outside into the real world, she is forced to face the questions she's carried her whole life.
What will life be like?... a life with Sam, the older boy she has grown up with, and a few new friends she has gotten closer and closer with along the way, and the never ending amount of biters lurking around every corner and hiding in every shadow.
