When the realm of Equestria was created their were the King and Queen of the land. Their names were DayLight and NightWing. The two fell in love many, many, many moons ago, and gave birth to our Princesses. When the Princesses were very young they lived in an old castle far away from where they are now. It was secluded in the woods of a happy forest that always seemed to live and thrive, but one day that changed. It started small, but it grew worse as days went on. Unsure of what may happen the King and Queen took parts of themselves and placed them into seven amulets. They are similar to the elements of Harmony, but they show of ones true character, and can manipulate the owner. The King of the Night gave his ambition, hope, willpower, and his trust. His wife The Queen of the Day gave her empathy, optimism, and humor. These seven personality traits were put into the amulets, so that they could defeat the dark plague that took over the forest and kingdom. The two fought for their love for their family, and their kingdom. The dark was eventually defeated, but at a cost! The King and Queen were no longer immortal due to them splitting themselves to save all. Once they had died the amulets were hidden, lost to oblivion, and their children took on the kingdom, but in honor of their parents they never wanted to gain the title of Queen, so instead they were princesses. This is where the story begin, and where it could end. This is the story of how seven unlikely mares became the seven owners of The Lost Elements.

However, Sun isn't the only one who's important - any character can be! Through the eyes of biased narrators, both original and from MLP:FiM, read harrowing journeys across Equestria's forgotten lands and familiar sights, or maybe just a wacky adventure full of nonsense. ...Still reading? Okay, good. So, this is obviously a sequel to my last story, Songs of Innocence, but if you haven't read that, that's okay! The explosive first chapter of this story will seamlessly make you understand who Sun is, which is what's most important! I'm a princess of a mythical land called Enchantment. We support Light in it's long lasting battle against Darkness and recently things have taken a turn for the worse. Laufeia, a big time immortal and servant of Dark beings has thrown me and my friends out of our own castle. Now we are on the run from being captured by her minions. I've seen her do horrible acts, she has taken lives of those more powerful than herself. How though? Maybe she is more evil than I anticipated. Either way, I'm in a slump. My people have their backs turned, my friends expect this great hero out of me, but I never even graduated high school! So, not only do I have to retake my title, prove I'm a badass and that I care for the Enchantains but then there's my Beloved, Reason. Hey, he's hot, leave me alone. Okay, back to my royal problems. In my journey to earn my princess status back, I have to parade around my land. And because of that I meet some weird creatures- the kind that you read about. Her tale is one that Equestria will never forget. ...Mostly because it's completely insane. Being transparent, this story is an MLP fanfic that started out as a pet project of mine, but I finished it a few days ago, and I felt it's finally time I share it. Sure, it starts out with typical "OC meets canon character" stuff, but it gets good, I swear! Seriously, this story gets quite insane by the end, and while I don't blame you if you don't read every single chapter... at least read the tenth chapters, because that's usually where it gets the most insane. I might even upload said tenth chapters before the others because... well, I'm going to be rewriting a lot of stuff, and I'm not gonna make you wait to get to the good parts. By the way, the story contains a lot of No More Heroes/Bayonetta influences, and some Devil May Cry ones earlier on. Also, please keep in mind that while I do try to write the characters canon to the show as accurately as I can, I try to write them with a bit more sincerity, as if they're people instead of cartoon ponies. Then again, take my attempt at a more realistic portrayal of the characters with a grain of salt. I'm still an amateur writer after all, so whether or not the characters do actually act like more realistic versions of the characters from the show is up to you to judge. Yet again Darkness is hungry for a war to end it all, but Light will always have troops at the ready. One girl. One kingdom. Eleven friends. Four Elements. (Btw, I am really bad at summary's but here goes nothing!) In a separate dimension, much different then ours, lives a land called Elementia. Elementia is a place where every element of different kinds, live in pure harmony. Each element live in different towns, controlling their majors and helping other dimensions, such as ours, live. They control our winds and our seas. They deliver newborn trees and creatures of the wilderness. And they bring the least bits of purity to all lands in each Dimension and Galaxy. Everything was bliss, cheerful, and active, until Queen Europhia, Queen of all elements combined, announced a strange and dark presence approaching their land. She called the most powerful elementals of Elementia to fight off the darkness that approach their land. Five brave souls will come front and figure out the troubles of what their land might fight. Will they win or will they lose? (How was that? Anyway, in some parts of the story, I will add your own characters if you want. Just so you know, the 5 souls are - Nature and shadows, ice and water, fire and time, moon/darkness and wind, sun/light and lightning, time.
