The year is 2068. The Government and a secret cult known as the LL (or are they the same thing?) keep people separated in two classes - the Rich and the Rest. But slowly, ever so slowly, two numbers turn to names.
  35406 turns to Ciel, and he in turn makes 12089 into Contente. Inspired by old stories of bloodshed and victory, these two young men being to form plans, and slowly, like dominoes hitting dominoes, their small idea of "naming," turns into a full-on revolution.

They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Madalyn Grace and her friends are caught in this apocalypse and must find away to leave.

Soviet was angered but accepted it in the end , there's nothing he could do . The united states and the great Britain was quiet , the other super power was unable to do anything . Europe has fallen into the grasp of Third Reich , Africa is in Fascist Italy hand and Japan empire controlled the southeast asian countries . They thrived . (Kinda toxic relationships , power couple.
