Lila-Rose Anderson is your typical fifteen year old girl. She does what fifteen year old girls do: go to school, hang out with friends, tease her brother and fret about the fact that she doesn't understand her powers. Okay, so she's a witch, no big deal! But she's not your average witch. Her mom died when she was six years old and having no family left, she moved in with her Godmother: Piper Halliwell. Living at the Halliwell Manor isn't too bad. At sixteen years old, Lila-Rose Anderson does your typical teenage girl things. She frets over calculus homework, goes to her part time job at her Godmother's restaurant, spends time with her siblings and friends and is a teenage girl in love. What more could she possibly deal with at her age? Well, there's the fact that she is the most powerful half witch, half demon in existence due to her Melvyn heritage and has found her soulmate in her best friend, Christopher Halliwell. But, her heritage makes it difficult to ignore who she truly is: someone who does not fit in at her current high school. Finally, it's time for Lila-Rose to move to Magic School in order to understand her powers and her destiny. With this transition comes difficult times: making friends, being accepted as the daughter of the headmaster, being accepted as a Melvyn witch but the most heart-breaking of all is losing her soulmate. Lila-Rose will have to fight to not only accept herself but also to fix her heartache and bring her soulmate back to her side.
