After taking on the case of a rape victim, blinded by past vendettas, Detective John Vendor is swept up in a twister of regrettable events and mistakes that he has no hope of fixing, which is why he must do right and try to even the bad with the good, by stepping over the line of the law, and do things the fast, ugly way of justice.
