This story takes place far in the future. Another ice age has struck earth, and to survive the human race has made maze like cities in hollowed out tops of mountains. These cities are ruled by a government called The Organization. The Organization takes dogs and turns them into the police force of the cities. The Organization and mech dogs become corrupt making the citizens fear them. But, one mech dog decides to rebel and destroy The Organization....
