The Truth Behind The Corundum

New Meteor City, a booming state with abundant resources and a beautiful environment. A city which was able to crawl from its feet and become one of the richest places on the planet through her investment in the Corundum, a very rare crystal which is almost impossible to find elsewhere. Once the Corundum was found, Meteor City was almost immediately transformed and that was how she adopted her new name. Being exetremely rare, several countries have baffled at its level of abundance in NMC but the government has kept a tight lip as to how they have been able to progress so far.
But somewhere in NMC, in a very small town which was hardly known, an event was taking place. An event so extreme that if word got out, it will mark the end of everything the government has worked for but to prevent its progress, the government decided to dive in head first into something that could cause them more than just their heads.
