It wasn't always like this. It used to be she instead of he, her instead of him, girlfriend instead of boyfriend... but that changed with four little words. He taught me to give things a chance. The funny thing is, when you open up and give those things a chance they get taken a way from you. In some tragic or not so tragic way. The good thing is you almost always come out a better person for it.
This is the story of how I gave it a chance and lost it all.
