Lily, is a shy e.m.o. girl, and her life sucks for her because she, is really a guy, (guy to girl, transgender)
'she' is always dressed like a girl and no one really knows. Except her best-friend slash girlfriend, May. May doesn't even find out until 7 years after she meets her.
Lily, who thinks people will judge her, hides the fact that she has already had gender reassessment surgery, which technically makes her 100% female. May doesn't think the same, she wants Lily to tell everyone, including her school and her friend Yvonne, who is trans-phobic. Who knows, maybe Yvonne can look past it.
