When Alexander Marin moves to a new city, he has new rules of how he'll act:
1: Do not talk to anyone, unless spoken to, or in a dire situation.
2: Maximum of two friends; in exception of the first rule.
3: Do not let any personal information get out.
4: Go with the flow, don't cause a scene -ever. Be normal.
He'll learn that some rules were, of course, meant to be broken, and some are meant to be followed. Alex will learn this the hard way.
