Lexi West, 17 year old girl, who tragically lost her mother in a accident where she was driving. her father secretly blames her as he turns to alcohol to deal with the grief. which leaves Lexi to balance work, school and chores along with raising her brother. She's always been a loner having one friend until one Thursday morning when she bumps into a guy with a familiar pair of blue eyes. As her father becomes worse and worse at home her friends start seeing signs of abuse. she always denies, but the bruises and cuts don't lie.
