~ I took in the sight in front of me, as I memorized every feature of him. His light brown hair was messily strewn across his forehead; his lips paler than usual, but still, somehow perfect. The tan and silky skin stretched across his face was covered in small cuts and deep blue and green bruises. He was hooked up to endless tubes and wires. The monitor made a slow and constant beeping noise, ensuring that his heart was still beating. I tried not to look towards his eyes, but the fresh, bright white, bandages wrapped around them made it hard to miss. Without his sea blue eyes, he just looked so distant. So . . . Far Away.

Darkness seemed to seep from his body as he turned to face me, his eyes burned with actual fire. The fire disappeared then, in a way, I saw both fear and rage in his eyes as he stalked toward me. He grabbed the front of my tattered shirt and lifted me from the ground before slamming me against the wall. His eyes met mine for a split second and there I saw lust and something else mixed with rage. “How are you doing this to me?” He hissed before slamming his lips down on mine. I froze between him and the wall, surprised at the unknown feeling rushing through my body. Then, without my permission, my body reacted to his. My legs wrapped around his waist and my hands wrapped themselves in his hair. He groaned deeply as he pressed himself against me and I pressed my lower self against him harder. He bit my lower lip, demanding entrance to my mouth and that’s when I got control of myself. I unwrapped myself from him and bit his lip as hard as I could, bringing blood. I pushed him away and he dropped me. He laughed and wiped the blood from his mouth as I stood. “I knew you wanted me.” I laughed. “Me making you bleed is a sign that I want you? Man, the worlds changed a lot in the last five minutes.” He chuckled. “Sweetheart you have no idea.” And at that he walked away from me a huge smirk spread across his face. “Oh and Sweetheart just be glad I didn’t kill you, I could have stolen your soul right then and there.”Complete

"Oomph!" The sound rushed out of my mouth as the door opened before I could reach the handle and my body hit a wall. I took a step back and realized that it wasn't in fact a wall, but instead a very attractive male. I looked up at his head to see a very messy, but sexy, mop of black hair on top of his head. When I looked closer, I noticed that his hair was a very deep brown that was probably often mistaken for black. My gaze traveled downward to his eyes, where I found two deep, ocean blue eyes looking back at me. My gaze travelled farther down to his crooked nose, to which I assumed came from too many fights. My eyes finally found his pink, very plump lips, which were turned into a sneer. "You have got to be kidding me!" His pink lips said in a very offensive voice. My eyes turned questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. "Whatever, lets finish this. I, Ashton Carter, reject you, as my mate." He, or Ashton, said with venom lacing his voice. He quickly turned and walked down the now vacant hallway with no glance back. Rejection? On my first day? The first person I make eye contact with at this school, rejects me. His lips jerked up into a lopsided sneer as his hand snapped back to his side. The sudden movement left my back cold, as if his palm had been a source of warmth. "You've got to be kidding me!" His tone dripped with disgust. My eyes turned to questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. I brought my hand up to rub my nose, squinting at the slight pain. "What the hell." He grumbled. A cool breeze nipped at your exposed legs, causing goosebumps to erupt over your skin. You were curled into your comforter, comfy and safe, your cheek pressed against your pillow. Lips pursed and a small amount of drool seeping into the fabric. A creak came from the corner of your room, slightly rousing you from your slumber. You glanced around, your drooping eyelids barely taking in the scene. In your sleep riddled state, you didn't see him, his large figure stalking towards you. The whites of his eyes shining in the moonlight, it wasn't until you felt a palm slide up your side. Following the natural contours of your body, the emanating from it lulling you to sleep once again. A dip in the mattress, the springs creaking under the weight. Hot breath fanned over your neck, soft lips pressing onto the back of your ear. A deep hum filling your senses, you sighed. Cuddling back into the figure, wanting to get closer to the warm entity.
