(this book is a twist on the song sk8er boi by Avril Lavigne)

Jessika Hastings has hated Luke Collins ever since they were in middle school and he humiliated her in front of everyone. Jessika is your stereotypical nerd, huge glasses and baggy clothes. Her life is the same as every other nerd, she gets bullied and people call her things.

Luke is stereotypical jock, the school king and hottest guy. He was the first person to ever bully her.

What happens when Emma, Jessika's BFF, gives her a makeover for a night? What happens when they bump into each other in a club? Read to find out.

Jessica is your everyday not-so-stereotypical nerd. She does not act like regular nerds, who are obsessed with having perfect grades, although she is an A+ student and not very noticeable. She is more like wallpaper than an actual talking human, until she meets the school bad boy. They became immediate enemies (well, after she gets over his good looks). They are forced to spend time together since they both are in many of the same classes and have the same job. But he begins to rub off on her, and she suddenly becomes more confident and courageous. Is this a bad thing? Or is he just a bad influence?
