In this book, I will share with you a darker period of my life, when I had eating disorders and a whole lot of problems, and how I grew out of it.
This book also includes experiences from other individuals who have suffered from various disorders as well. We want to share our stories with you, and spread a postive message to all readers that it is not impossible to overcome these problems that affect our life. We are not bound to it; and neither will we be controlled by it.
You can share your stories too, and encourage other victims of disorders to fight them bravely.
