Nostalgia is a sentimental longing or affection for the past typically for a period or place with happy memories and sometimes it hurts us by realizing that it will never happen again.We can never go back to the past.We cannot change it even if we totally regret the things we have done.That is what makes us,us in the present and that my friend,is what I call nostalgia ache.I'm afraid it doesn't have an over-the-counter medicine or treatment yet or maybe never.
