1979. During the late 60's and early 70's, the British Government has created a series of laws that ban or heavily censor books, plays, television, newspapers, magazines, art, and music. One of their projects is a pirate radio station, run by four young men named Joe Strummer, Mick Jones, Paul Simonon, and Topper Headon. This is their story. All Rights Reserved
