Phillip Sanders, 18 years of age, with nothing to do. Nothing to do, to eat, no where to live. No one to be friends with... Until one day he finds a sketch book with a single name in it. Francine Mark. He keeps it for a while, looking through the pages, wondering what this person's life was like, what they aspired to be...how much they had. Phillip starts to search for this "Francine Mark" with the help of an an acquaintance (and Chicago Millionare), James . Not because he wants to give her the book, but because he wants to see what it's like to have a home, money and friends.

Cali Olsen was on a mission to drive across the country. But her broken down car left her stranded until a stranger offered her a place to stay. And even though it was nice, she wasn't supposed to stay on the farm; let alone for six months. But something in her gut told her to stay - and she soon figures out why. Jay Roberts was your typical twenty year old. Partying, late nights and fun. But more than anything, he wanted to come home. And his mistakes brought him back. But he shows up and discovers a mystery girl has turned the farm upside down. And he can't figure out why. It also doesn't help that the girl wants to remain a mystery. Over the course of a long summer, two people will discover their need for not only each other, but to be saved. [WARNING: this is an old story from my earlier days as a writer; it's severely unedited and somewhat cringe-worthy - read at your own risk.]
