Pastels

I like to make an impression.
Well, a subtle impression.
I'll put it this way; I'm not an abstract painter. I don't use wild and bright colors, I don't paint outside the lines. I don't make obscure marks and make far fetched symbols. I'm more of a pastel painter; I use softer, gentler colors and strokes...I work hard but not excessively. I paint more of a background; it goes unnoticed most of the time, yet the art would not be as good without it. I don't go overboard, I keep it simple...and the painting turns out just as beautiful.
