The Elbi Fourteen

Every now and then, for a time, the world encounters an abundance of anomalies and other-worldly events... events so strange that it can't be explained with conventional ideas. Sometimes it may only last for a month. Usually it lasts for months. Rarely, it does for years.

In actuality these events are the indirect results of a phenomenon that attracts beings and entities capable of creating incredible and mysterious things. It starts on a small spot, expanding over time, its attraction growing and growing, until as strangely and quickly as it has appeared, it vanishes.

Los Baños, Philippines. The year is 2009. On the eve of June a thin beam of light shone from one of its forests. It goes noticed by the public for a time but as news go in the country, it was forgotten over time.

Only several people knows its implications. The phenomenon has started once again... in one of the worst places it could have in the Philippines. In the coming years, the country will experience a lot of strange and odd events, that was for sure... but for it to happen and start there means one thing.

The fourteen must be gathered.
