The Outsiders Imagines
Last week my class had finished the book, The Outsiders, by S.E. Hilton. I loved it. My friends loved it. Everybody in the entire class loved it. We also watched the movie and we all had to look away when Pony just had his hair cut and bleached. Anyway, I found these stories called Imagines and I found them really cool and I wanted to do one myself and I might make more considering how my friend said I "broke" her when she read it. I might make more, I don't know, but it was fun to write this. I also saw how small some of the other imagines are, so I made this one long but not too long but still long. "I don't believe it." a low inhumane voice whispered. I have to look up to meet his gaze. Is he a new bully? Haven't seen him before. "What is your name?" He's against the light but his eyes were like sapphires glowing in the night. Curious. "Your name." I felt some weird tone emanating from his voice. Too demanding... too powerful. "Uh..." my name? No one's interested with my name, except for the cafe's barista. "Don't make me repeat. State your name!" "Nathalia Nicolai." I spilled flabbergasted by his yelling. For once, i saw... amusement then it quickly changed back to disgust. "I, Alpha Chase Ashton Michael, rejects you Nathalia Nicolai as my mate and Luna of Bloodridge pack." "Huh?" Should i say 'nice to meet you'? "Now, repeat after me. I, Nathalia Nicolai, accepts your rejection, as your mate and luna of Bloodridge pack." He nod at me. Ok? i repeat the whole verse. "Good." "Oomph!" The sound rushed out of my mouth as the door opened before I could reach the handle and my body hit a wall. I took a step back and realized that it wasn't in fact a wall, but instead a very attractive male. I looked up at his head to see a very messy, but sexy, mop of black hair on top of his head. When I looked closer, I noticed that his hair was a very deep brown that was probably often mistaken for black. My gaze traveled downward to his eyes, where I found two deep, ocean blue eyes looking back at me. My gaze travelled farther down to his crooked nose, to which I assumed came from too many fights. My eyes finally found his pink, very plump lips, which were turned into a sneer. "You have got to be kidding me!" His pink lips said in a very offensive voice. My eyes turned questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. "Whatever, lets finish this. I, Ashton Carter, reject you, as my mate." He, or Ashton, said with venom lacing his voice. He quickly turned and walked down the now vacant hallway with no glance back. Rejection? On my first day? The first person I make eye contact with at this school, rejects me. I guess that's how this school works, if the hottest boy in school rejects you, you're a nobody. So much for making friends, or mates, or whatever they call people at this school. Then, something strange happened in that moment. Her face changed -- no that's not quite the word; it flickered, her blonde hair turned to blonde and matted dread locks with particles and ornaments weaved within them. Her nose nearly outgrew her own face and was covered in disgusting toad-like warts. The top of her black hood suddenly pointed even more and looked like a pointed black hat. I almost screamed. She was so ugly.... Jesse was your typical high school jock. Star quarterback, flawless record, chicks at his feet and a dad with so much money he could about buy the world. Oh yea. Jesse is a king. I sat in my first period english class, my teacher grading papers or whatever it is that teachers do when you walk in. Soon the first bell rung, and people filed in. The usual suspects, the nerds, the cool kids, the "we hate liz" kids, and so on and so forth. But Imagine my surprise when I see a kid with blonde straighted hair, and an under cut roll in. And I mean that literally, he rolled in, in a pair of healies. I couldn't take my eyes off this peculiar specicimine. A woman from the office handed my teacher a note, who then attended her attention to the odd looking boy standing behind her. "What's your name?" She smiled. "Jaimie."
