The Sinnoh region holds many tales about the great and beautiful Cynthia, the reigning Champion. Vali, the son of Cynthia, is fifteen and doesn't have a Pokemon. From ten-year-olds to literal preschoolers, there seems to be no end to the amount of new Pokemon Trainers each day. Ever since that day when Ash Ketchum won against his mother in the World Coronation Series, when she started to show more interest in her duties as a Champion and as a Trainer than her own family, Vali started to dislike Pokemon in general, as they remind him of her. But when a fateful encounter with a Pokemon ends up saving his life, something lingering inside of him awakens and reminds him who he truly is. But is this really enough to bring back the love that he used to have for Pokemon? Vali will soon find himself caught in the center of dangerous activities. Flame is a mysterious stranger who happened to come out of nowhere, but the two felt instantly comfortable in front of one another as soon as they met. There was a connection they couldn't understand, and Flame was determined to keep her away from harm, but at a distance. Secrets will be revealed and memories will be remembered. There are important key elements to discovering a new meaning to what happened to them in their childhood. This involves having to get involved with an evil organization that wants to destroy the world. Happiness will have to wait, since there is willpower that needs to be awaken.
