Turns out Eutopia isn't quite the utopia everyone thinks it is. Cypher is being chased by the man that claims to be her father and ends up crashing in the underworld. She meets several quirky characters that end up helping her complete missions and escape the NanoStorm and bounty hunters. While she's completing small scale quests, something big is being planned, and it will end up destroying everything left in it's wake.
