Taking Back Understiller

Dakota Reyes lives a life of foster homes, gambling, and mind powers during a time of war in the US. The cities are corrupt and unity is crumbling, so Sandra recruits Dakota to lead a bunch of freaks to take back the city of Understiller, the most corrupted city in the country, from a dangerous and powerful gang.
