Ever since Queen Selene has taken over Luna, things have been peaceful. Many of the issues on Luna have been resolved. The alliance between Luna and Earth has grown stronger. Lives have been spared; diseases have been cured.

Then comes the Annual Peace Ball of the Eastern Commonwealth: the perfect chance to cement the image of peace between Earth and Luna. It seems clear that attending is all but necessary for the Queen.

What happens at that ball may change both Selene and Kaito's lives. When love and politics mix, how do you know that what you're doing is right? After all, dangerous things happen when there's a new Empress...

p.s. this is an alternative to "something old, something new," this story being set after winter. what fun would it be if i wrote something already written?

The Echo of Silence

8 parts Complete

"But all that was left was the echo of silence." No love could ever compare to the love Kai Crown felt for Cinder Blackburn. He knew from the moment he met her that she was the one and only girl for him. But what happens to him once she's gone? This is a short story AU about modern-day married kaider. Both sweet and heartbreaking this story tells how the couple met, fell in love, and fell apart. All of the characters in this story belong to Marissa Meyer. The beautiful art on the cover is the product of some artist that I do not know the name of, but credit goes to them for their wonderful talent.
