Being a personal therapist for patients at an insane asylum, Georgia Sonders recently receives a new patient, James Charles, who was involved in many killings of women around the state of North Carolina. Georgia finds herself overwhelmed by the thought of being alone with an insane serial killer. When she finds that James isn't who she thought he was, she finds herself falling for him, as the both uncover the truth.
