During the war in England, Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are sent to a safe house in the countryside. However, their mother requested that they visit her, just while it was safe for a few days. The four of them agreed that Susan and Lucy shall be the ones to return for a week.
War has broken out at Hogwarts, and isn't looking good for the staff and students. Voldemort and the Death Eaters have the upper hand, and Harry and Ron send Hermione and the newly befriended Draco to the safe house in the countryside, due to the fact that Dumbledore is good friends with the master of the mansion.
Hermione and Draco get to the mansion and meet Peter and Edmund. They are called into Narnia by Prince Caspian, where he explains to the four of them how they need to defeat his father, the King.
Through many ups and downs in their adventure, the five of them manage to defeat the King, and return to their homes, both the mansion and Hogwarts, safely.
