The winged and nonwinged people of Avian Central have always had their little feuds throughout the entire existence of the floating city, but when the president, Cornelius Leonardo, is almost assassinated, the rebellion of the nonwinged has breached the public eye. And President Leonardo's old pal gone-loco, Davis Macintosh, has been released from prison.
