EchoFlame has been keeping a secret for many moons.  For anyone to know that he isn't son of  Riverpelt was bad enough, but for them to know he wasn't even warrior blood? It just isn't an option.  But as the nights go on, his birth parents are all he could think of.  How many beatings could they have taken from the twolegs?  What would have happened if his parents hadn't taken him to the forest when he wasn't even quite one moon old yet?  Echoflame has to face what could be breaking the warrior code, but all shall be great no one know his flaws, mistakes and possible betrayal.  He must make choice.

She loves her clanmates dearly, but the clan deputy seems to watch their every move, just waiting for any cat to slip up. But it's the clan she was raised in. So, she should be loyal to them, right? Keenkit always figured he and his littermates were normal kits who would all become apprentices and be able to train together. But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Even though his rival apprentice Slowpaw is much younger than him, he is always beaten in battle training and he can never catch nearly as much prey. His mentor doesn't make it any better either. Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it. But as tensions rise between FlameClan and CliffClan, she's worried about the future ahead of them.

EchoClan, with many great warriors, many cats training or ready to start, and even three medicine cats! But then a strange happening starts in their peaceful forest, creating tension as it seems their leader can't handle the pressure. Meanwhile, the struggling BatClan does whatever they can to survive the upcoming leaf-bare, but it seems their leader will have to take it to an extreme just to live another season.
