Keruki Minori is a lonely otaku with no friends. Everyday he attends Silverdust Academy, attends class, and leaves. Never having anything interesting or fun happen to him along the way. Nothing has happened in the first year of high school. He is returning as a second-year. As he is there, a start-of the-year field trip to a museum for history is about to happen. Once the day comes, he already wants to leave. He is paired up with a partner and has to go explore the museum with her. Her name is Yumi Suzume. Yumi then asks Keruki if he wants to secretly leave the museum and go outside in the city.
Will this sudden request lead to something heart-warming? Or a really bad outcome?
